Apple Home Inspections, Inc. is not a franchise!

You will get personalized service when you call for information. Talk directly with an inspector who will be able to answer your questions.  We are in our 14th year in operation, serving Berks county and southeast PA.  Our mission is to provide our clients with a professional quality home inspection and report.

3 Deadly Mistakes
1. Thinking you can't afford it!

2. Not hiring a buyer's agent to represent you!

3. Getting a cheap inspection!

Don't shortcut your real estate transaction by skipping the inspection.  A thorough inspection is essential for our clients when they are about to make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Ronald Eckenroth is the president and lead inspector of Apple Home Inspections, Inc.  Ron is certified by the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)  & PA Department of Environmental Protection.
InterNACHI front ends its membership requirements. InterNACHI turns down more than 1/2 the inspectors who want to join because they can't fulfill the membership requirements. Don't make a mistake and use a cheap patty cake inspector or uncertified inspectors. Have your home inspected by an experienced professional. The inspection will be performed according to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Codes of Ethics.

     PA Department of Environmental Protection
Radon division - Certification #2718

January is Radon Action Month in Pennsylvania. Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that occurs naturally through the breakdown of uranium in soil and rocks. It seeps into homes through cracks in basements and foundations, and can build up inside. Radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S.
Have your home tested by a certified professional using duplicate testing with a quality assurance program to insure accurate results.
